  • :) Hi There, i've had those things done as well, hurts don't it? The greatest test was a discogram, & if you haven't had the pleasure of one "Don't" or avoid one at all costs. Today i sit in my wheel chair, not that i mind it understand, because my sweet Lord & Saviour ***********t, sustains me. Now this may sound difficult, but exercise is both the answer & the cure, for this, most of the time. My wife suffers from excruciating back pain & yet will not exercise. The reason? hurts to bad, is what she says. I suffered this way but started excercise & i got better, while she stays the same. My answer to you is this "EXERCISE"!!!. Thank You, As Always In His Service.
