Ok.. I know energy drinks are bad for you. I haven't touched them in years now but there is a nagging thought at the back of my head. I found out I was sensitive to caffeine, I get really bad withdrawls. So I stopped sodas and energy drinks. The caffeine sensitivity is getting worse, and now even higher doses of chocolate will trigger withdrawls a couple days later. By higher doses, I am talking like 2 normal size bars in a day.
But thinking back at the energy drinks, I remember something that still seems odd, and wonder if it means anything and could shine a light on what might be causing my caffeine sensitivity. A couple minutes after consuming most of a can, even if it took a span of 10 or 15 minutes to drink it, I would get an uncontrollable urge to take a dump. I always managed to get to the toilet just it time luckily, but it came close on more than a couple occasions. Anyways.. (as that is probably TMI even for this forum) the feces was like diarrhea in that it had to go out quickly, but that was it. Plop. Done. It wasn't like normal diarrhea where you sit there and think, am I done? It was one BIG plop... it was always very GREEN, and VERY foul smelling. If anyone is still reading this and didn't leave in disgust... is this a symptom of anything that has to do with the caffeine sensitivity?? How about pointing to a probably cause of it??
I have had a CAT scan and it showed no tumors in the skull, so I know I don't have a pituitary gland tumor which I hear sometimes causes the sensitivity.. Any other ideas? I fear if I can't find out what is causing the caffeine sensitivity I will have to give up ALL chocolate eventually...
