It's been 8 months and still no diagnosis, just living with pain First, my legs shoulders and wrists came on suddenly with severe joint and bone pain, could hardly get off couch, then left frozen shoulder, then right frozen shoulder Along the while, cannot lift legs...have cysts behind knees. My lower back joint also very immobile, my neck is quite stiff, hard to move left, right and backwards. Also my thigh joint is painful to move and burns
bloodwork says no rheumatoid arthritus. My question Could this be a virus and if so what test to run. I was physically very active before this onset and have now had to rely upon others significantly. I took arthritus drugs, and gabapenton and muscle relaxers and pain pills to no avail. The only thing that relieved some symptons was predesone...I felt alive again for the 10 days. Just looking for the cause so I can have a path to follow.
Have seen my primary many times, rheumatologist, neuroligist. They all cannot find a diagnosis. Currently doing physical therapy for legs, helping a little, but still have severe tightness frrom the bakers cysts behind each knee. Therapy for the shoulders ended with the statment, there is nothing we can do. Just do the exercises and wait whatever it is out.....For the last month, I've experienced loose yellow stools. Food seems to go through me with a lot of rumbling....The only med I'm currently taking is synthroid, my thyroid med.
Any direction appreciated... I still think I picked up some virus inflaming my entire body....How do I stop the madness?
