I have been ill for quite some time now, roughly 5 months.
It started with chest pains which then led to upper abdominal discomfort and bloating, weight loss which i think has led to muscle loss in arms, hands, legs, and feet.Am at the point now where i get pains in hands arms legs back and feet.i feel weak, faint and unsteady on standing.
I have had various tests such as a c t scan of my abdomen and chest, ecgs, ultra sound to rule out kidney stones, gall stones etc.mri scan of cervical spine and brain because of the nerve pains in my arms.ive also had a test for addisons disease and numerous blood tests full blood counts etc and everything has come back normal.I am now seeing a gastroenterologsit who has done an endoscopy with biopsies and have been told i have helicobacter pylori and maybe boarderline coeliac disease.i have been on a gluten free diet for 3 months and have also had the triple drugs to clear the h pylori but i don t feel any different and am still unwell.I know there is something wrong because i really wouldnt feel this bad if there wasnt and i am worried doctors are going to find the problem too late.Any clues would be appreciated.thanks
