Hello, I am a 20 year old Female. I have many many problems, But I'm going to start from the beginning. In Jan 2008, I began spotting each month, about 2 weeks after each period. It was hardly any blood, and I had no pain. Within a few months, I began having abdominal pain randomly throughout the month, even though it was tolerable, I became anxious to find out the cause. As the months went by, the pain I felt continued to worsen, and the spotting turned into bleeding. At this point, my menstruation cycles became severely painful. Sexual Intercourse was also very painful, I soon became afraid, and refused to have sex due to the pain. Gradually, over a period of about 8-10 months, the time that I had abnormal vaginal bleeding continued to extend, from spotting, to bleeding for a day or two, to bleeding for almost a week. With this happening, my pain also escalated. In Feb 2009, I was at the point where I found myself bleeding almost everyday, I now bleed 15-20 days each month. And my pain is severe each and every day, to the point that I do not want to move. At the beginning of my problems, I unfortunately was not able to get Medical Insurance, so no doctor would help me, In march 2009, I was lucky enough to solve that problem. I found a doctor, who immediately started running tests. I'm sure many of you are wondering this, Yes, my hormones are all normal, that is not the cause of my bleeding. I had several ultrasounds that found thickened, mildly prominent endometrium, as well as mass in my uterus. And in May 2009, I was told I had a left ovarian cyst the size of a nickel. In June, I had a D&C and laparoscopy. An 'abnormal uterine growth' was found and taken out for labs, all reports came to be normal, however, my doctor will not tell me exactly what the growth was. My ovarian cyst was seen, and it was the size of a plum. There was also a great deal of scar tissue found in the right side of my abdomen (I've never had previous Operations) Sadly, My doctor did not have the tool required to remove the cyst and adhesions. So not much was done that day. Another ultrasound weeks after my operation showed the cyst growing, and had potential torsion, and still, a thickened endometrium. In July, I was scheduled for another laparoscopy to remove the cyst. During the operation, they saw that the cyst had disappeared! So, my doctor decided to looked around my abdomen and found scar tissue strangulating my appendix and cecum. It was removed, however, we are unsure of why I had the adhesions. Over this period, I have had swollen lymph nodes in groin, A high number of white blood cells, and a low count of red. I have many difficulties with bowel movement, even with milk of magnesia, stool softeners, and maximum strength laxatives, I am often still unable to go. My doctor tells me that my bowels get stuck within my intestines, I'm not sure if that is normal. For the past two months, I have had many episodes(3-5 Days) in which I am unable to keep food or liquids down, I'm not sure why, or if it will be reoccurring. I have also had a movable, hard lump around my left ovary for the past month, however I haven't been able to show my doctor, seeing as sometimes I can feel it, and others I cannot.
