its very hard to explain, ive gone my determetologist many times and each time theyve given me a diagnosis which i disagree with. Ive gotten a biopsy (the condition is on the inside of my arms and my chest and small of my back) and the latest diagnosis of this was eczema, which is rediculous cause i experience no itching, overly dryness, or pain. To put this condition into perspective, the discolorations are like small plate-like darkened spots. They arnt inflamed, rather, they sort of depress into the skin resembling scars in a way. My first visit to the dermatologist, he thought it might be tinea versicolor, but i was given some pills and creams, and they didnt seem to work. The skin is almost like tiny scars that are darkened all up and down the inside of my arm reaching just past the elbow.and on my chest, it looks like the same thing only instead of darkened, they are whitened, cannot tan, are dry, and seem to spread onto my back. I try to find this condition online, but i cant seem to fit any to mine. Like i said, the dermatolist last told me from the biopsy that it was eczema. but i cannot find any eczema out there like mine. And how could a biopsy be wrong?
i guess my problem is that i dont even know what i have. If i did, im sure i could find a topical or oral treatement to cure it.
someone out there must know something about this problem.
thank you to whoever can = ]
