Dr. Cottle, I don't think you got my last posts. Sending the lab results again as you requested on 6/23. No history of corticosteroid treatment. History of bleeding ulcers and inflammation per endoscopy last year. Did ACTH stimulation test upon hospital admission -results within normal limits. Has 2 right renal arteries, chronic dehydration, severe insomnia, feels wired, intermittent fast heartbeat. No evidence of aortic stenosis, head CT normal, chest x-ray normal. Creatinine and potassium are too high. Used to have chronic hypokalemia and normal creatinine. Chloride high, glucose high, magnesium was too low, but now too high. White count high, neutrophils high, absolute neutro high, hemoglobin 14.7, CO2 27, bun 16, troponin less than 0.02, catecholamine norepinephrine 50, epinephrine 5.0, Dopamine low at 50. Cortisol .5 upon admission and 17.0 4 days later. cortisone 71 and adrenocorticotropic low at 6. To refresh your memory, I am trying to find a cause for my 25 year old son's extremely high blood pressure. Thank you!
