Last November, I started having strange sensations on the sides of my chest, by my arms. The sensations would sometimes travel across my chest. Every now and then my fingers and head would tingle. I couldn't lay still and had the urge to get up and walk around, cradling my arm and rubbing/massaging under my arm pit. These sensations would sometimes reach mild pain, but they mainly filled me with anxiety and dread. Whenever I would have a particularly bad "spell" of sensations, I would feel sore the next day all across my chest.
My first thought was angina. A doctor told me it was very unlikely to be angina with me being 27 years old.
These sensations have been coming and going ever since then. A few months ago, I began to feel a soreness in my lymph nodes on the side of my neck. However, there is no swelling or hardness in them. It's just very uncomfortable. Along with this soreness, I would sometimes have mild shortness of breath.
I put on quite a bit of weight the past few years, but I have lost some it with diet and exercise. Sometimes I find that cardiovascular exercise helps my symptoms.
Currently, I am 260lbs and 6'1".
I've been to three doctors and they keep telling me it might be a pinched nerve, which I don't really understand. I had blood work done and they said everything was, "a.o.k"
My pulse and blood sugar are normal.
Any ideas on what I could tell a doctor to get them to probe deeper, any tests I should try to get? I find myself constantly worried about this and it's beginning to effect my day to day.
Thanks in advance!
