I am a 33 year old women I have been sick since March 2007. It started when i had pain in my back and had a cough. I went to the walk-in clinic they did a chest xray. It came back as be having a apical bleb in my right upper lobe of the lung. Also that I had extensive emphysema. They sent me for a Ct Scan no contrast also.My doctor then sent me to a pulmunary doctor they did a Alpha 1 Antitricin test that came back negative. My breathing test where a little below normal but pulmunary said he didn't think it was Emphysema . Back in 1994 I had had a Spontanous Phnomothorax on Left side the they went in and staples off the blebs and then the right lund claspsed so they went in a stapled off the blebs. So pulmunary said he was more concerned about blebs not Emphysema. I told him that my lungs feel like they are burning. He said they shouldn't feel like that and he would follow up in 1 year. Then my legs started feeling weakness and under my arms were swollen and lower back by tail bone and behind my knees I went to see my doctor and she said they were lyph nodes so she did blood work to check my thyroid.cbc. hormonesl llyme disease.lupus, rumuthoid athritis. sent me for MRI for MS. All Negative. She sent me to get lymph nodes biobsy and the doctor said they were not nodes they were glands and it felt like fluid. Then I felt pain and pressure when lying on my right side whent to see here again she said she felt something so she sent me for a bone scan that cam back negative. Then she sent me for a ultra sound on my liver, spleen, kidneys, aorta, pancreas that came back normal.I spoke with here yesterday and she said she is not sure what to do.I an so tired all the time night sweats, I look like a bloated balloon . my skin feels tough. I have no Idea what to do. Any ideas please helpReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
