Good day to everybody.
Recently, I have been developing hard lumps on my neck - maybe one or two at a time. They are about dime size or even pea size, and they are somewhat painful. They feel like they have a deep root as well. Usually, they develop directly along the front of my neck, and they are closer to my lower jaw than anything. I'm not running a fever, but I am extremely tired. I don't think they are lymph nodes, but there's no telling. Any ideas?
