I am a 29 yr old with a circumcised penis, I have never had an std and am quite particular about partners. I have pretty much ruled out the possibility of an std, and have no common symptoms related to any std.
I have noticed in the past few months a few protruding (1\2 to an inch in length) veins? or vein like obtrusions under the head of my penis, wrapping around from front to back. At first I thought they were newly developed veins (I'm assuming that veins move and newly develop in the penis?) - but after intercourse recently, they swelled up and looked almost full of fluid. This has never happened before, and the intercourse was not extremely long or intense. Thankfully they decreased after a few days of no disruption, but they are more noticeable than before. They feel almost like veins, but have no color, and are cloudy. They move like veins when touched but no vein color is apparent.
I am scared they are not veins, and instead something much more serious. I would appreciate any input.
They do not hurt, but are sensitive to the touch.
