Lumps and burning on sides of fingers.

I am a 65-yr old male. Ethnicity is Scot/Irish w/ Cherokee Indian (maybe 1/4) and English.
History of physical work, including 34 yrs. carrying mail.
Family history of heart attack, stroke and cancer.
According to V.A. primary care Nurse Practitioner, in reasonably good health, other than prostate cancer, Gleason 4.
Some arthritis in extremities.
Within last 3yrs developed a lump on left index finger, left side of 1st knuckle.
Within last year, longer lump in front of 2nd knuckle on middle finger, left hand.
Burning sensation on sides of both middle fingers.
In past used gasoline and detergents (such as Gain) to clean automotive grease off of hands.
Compression fracture to T-5, 6 & 7.
Diagnosed ADD and sleep apnea.
2 teeth not particularly good.
History of respiratory problems, including allergies, bronchitis and pneumonia.
Damaged knuckles on right hand, middle and 3rd fingers, playing drums.
Diagnosed Acne Rosacea
