Lump on head and eye problems

I live in Northern Illinois, there are no free clinics around us. Mother doesn't have much money. And I'm sick of living like this with no answers, clues at the least.

I have had eye problems as a kid, I never have gotten checked out. I have had Floaters, Double vision, I have problems using binoculars with both eyes, troubles looking from the side of my eye. And recently, some pain, sometimes when I look at monitors and such, I'm having trouble typing this right now actually.

For about 3 years I've noticed this Lump on the top of my head, It is A bit to the back and left on the top of my head. It hurts A lot sometimes, could just be an ingrown hair some say, I don't know. But, sometimes all I feel on my head is just this bump. It is relatively big compared to a gumball lets say. Sometimes pain all over my head, sometimes just on the left side of my head.

I know I should have this checked out, because no one here can be sure, and whether or not i should go anyway. So this post isn't so critical, but It would be nice to have a clue or even a list of what these symptoms may be. Call me curious I guess. :)
