I have a lump on the right side of my chest at about the 5th or 6th rib. The lump is just above my breast is somewhat hard, but I can move it slightly with my hand. It is about the size of a small egg in diameter and shape, but can barely be seen under the skin. I had an x-ray of my ribs that showed nothing. I feel a little pressure at the site of the lump, but no pain. There is absolutely nothing like it on the other side. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be and what I should do next?

Thanks for any help,
At a loss

  • Have it looked at by a doctor and see if maybe it should be removed.
