Ok, I'm a 22 year old white female, don't smoke, don't drink heavily, eat fairly healthily and go to the gym 3x a week.

I found a lump in my neck, just under the jaw line on one side only. It's soft, about 2cm in size, quite mobile and doesnt hurt even if I press on it.
I then found another in my groin, a little smaller and less mobile but again painless to touch.

Other symptoms which may or may not be related are body temperature swings, stange bowel movements and fatigue. I know I'm going to have to go to a doctor, but the last one I saw just dismissed it and didn't even say what it could be. At the time, I didn't have (or hadn't noticed) the second lump and didn't mantion the secondary symptoms. What could it be?

I would be extremely grateful for suggestions!
