I am a 28 year old male losing weight very fast like 35lbs in the past 6 months! i am 6.2" and 149lbs now.
I have lower stomach pain that gets worse about an hour after I eat. It feels as if I am full of gas or having a VERY hard time digesting the food. After I use the bath room I feel very tired and sometimes it burns. The stool 90% of the time has a mucas with it. I do not have diarrhea or constipation. If I eat something that does not agree with my stomach I get very bad cramps and use the bathroom 3 or 4 times in a row within a two or three hour time span. I have two little girls that I can not spend time with like I want to because of the discomfort that I go through. I am a Vice President of a company with a stressful job, but I dont see how stress could do soooo much damage.
I have had CT scans, MRI, MRCP ultrasounds, colonoscopy, Endoscopy (twice) and lots of blood work with nothing but normal results??? My next test is a PET scan, but it sounds like my GI doctor is really reaching now.... ANY IDEAS?

ANY IDEAS?:confused:Have you been checked for Crohns disease,Ulcerative colitis,Celiac disease and Diverticulitis?Bacterial or parasitic infections can also cause mucus in stool.Have you had stool sample tests for parasites? If you feel it could be stress related you might perhaps want to consider changing careers

I have an appointment with a Infectious disease doctor next week to rule out the parasitic infection, but I thought that they would of seen that in the colonoscopy or in 1 of the 3 blood tests. I have a PET scan next week as well to rule out any cancers. My guess is that it is Ulcerative colitis, but my GI doctor seems to think that he has ruled that out as well with the colonoscopy. Again, thank you for your suggestions and if you have any further information it would be greatly appreciated.
