Lower Right side abdominal pain after attempting back flips

On Thursday (last week), I went to a gymnastics gym to learn to do some flips and stuff, after trying out a few back flips, I started to feel pain on the lower right side of my abdomen so I stopped. Its still hurting today, it hurts when I sneeze or cough or defecate, or apply pressure on the area.
Are there any ideas on what it might be?

I'm hoping to rule out appendicitis because it said symptoms would include nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite, which I don't seem to have, or hernia, because there aren't any lumps or stomach bloating.
