For the past two years or so, I've had lower right abdomen/pelvis pressure come and go. It usually doesn't appear in the same spot, ranging anywhere from lower right side of abdomen to right pelvis area and sometimes even to the top of my right thigh. How often the pressure comes I'm not so sure of. Sometimes I go days without having any pressure, but when I do get this pressure, it usually lasts from about a few minutes to a few days (the pain is never constant, however). It's usually not pain, but just a bothersome sensation as if someone is pushing on the area. A couple times I did experience a sharp pain in that area, but it eventually went away after a couple hours. I went to the doctor after experiencing the sharp pain once (this was about six months ago), but since it went away after I got there, the doctor expressed that it probably was not appendicitis. I received an x-ray but it showed normal. I thought maybe the pressure came from my eating habits. I noticed that when I eat a lot of sugar at once, the pressure is more likely to start occurring, and also if I drink diet soda (which I don't drink often). However, it sometimes comes at times when my diet doesn't include these foods/drinks.
Is there any insight on what I could be experiencing? Thanks.
