Symptoms are lower left side pain/discomfort from bottom of ribcage to hipbone, occasional tightening in chest just below sternum that goes through to back, tingling in left arm, occasional sharp pain in left shoulder blade. I am a 43 year old woman in good health otherwise. I don't smoke, drink, I am very active and not overweight. This has been going on for seven months. I have had a thoracic CT, abdominal CT, gall bladder ultrasound, bone scan of ribs, and blood work up. All have come back normal.....any ideas??
