I wonder if anyone can help me. Over the last week or so i've been noticing a strange sensation in my lower left part of my torso. It seems that my lower left rib is sticking out far more than is usual.
It is not causing me any pain, but it is causing me some serious miscomfort. When i sit down it feels as the rib has been bent inwards. When i try to sleep at night i can no longer lie on the side of my body

Is this normal, and has it just swelled up and will go away? Or is it possible that i could have caused some permenant damage?
