Lower Left Pelvic Pain

I am a girl of 19 years old and I have been suffering from lower left pelvic pain for almost 6 months now. I have had a diagnostic laporoscopy done by my gynocologist, and an endoscopy and a colonoscopy by my GI specialist. All came back normal besides a polyp in my esophagus, mild gastitis, and some erosion at the first part of my colon. Along with the pain I have also lost about 10 pound so I am down to 113 and I have had blood in my stool, headaches, dizziness, nausea, pain with passing gas, some pain with passing urine, and bowel movements. I have tried pain medication but it doesn't help. At first they thought I had an ovarian cyst that ruptures, which may have happened anyways, then they thought I had kidney stones. After months of doctors visits and tons of test, and three procedures, I'm begging for answers. I have been out of work due to the pain for 4 months now. Please, help me find out what's wrong!
