I finally found people that have the same thing as me. :) It start when I was a freshmen in high school I was running cross country in the morning at 6:30 am until 8:00 am sometimes until 8:30 am depending on how we did that day in practice (I would run about 30 to 35 miles a week). Then I would go to class and my last class was an 1.5 hour long with soccer and to get in shape my coach made us run 3 mile and drink a lot of water throughout the day (we keep a journal log on what we ate and drank we turned it in). Then I had after school soccer practice for 1.5 hours or 2 hours depending on how we did that day. Then I would go to club soccer some times in door and sometimes out door, then go home and do HW. I was not until mid. November when the pain started I didn't gradually start it was bad pain since the start. I rush to the bathroom every time it happened (I have a twin that has the same thing but hers is not as bad, but we did the exact same thing in high school). It was really humid during this time. When soccer season started in January it didn't hurt as bad cuz I guess it was cold. Then my sophomore year I was still doing the same thing and it got so bad I would through up while I was trying to go #2 sorry if that is TMI but that’s what happened to me, but I tried to keep going that didn't help at all. I even tried a heating pad that made me cry. I could not run at all it was there all the time right before my period and in the middle and right before. There was no time where I didn't have pain. Then my junior year came and I could not believe how much pain I was in. I would run the worm up for XC (that was 2 laps around a track or sometimes a mile run). I had to go to the bathroom right away or else it was going to be really bad news for me. I had to throw up to while going to the bathroom. Whenever the winter would come it didn't hurt as bad so I knew if I could run in the cold I was going to be okay. When I was a senior it was so bad I almost past out on the track running to the bathroom after 1/2 a lap I was throwing up on the way to the bathroom and when I got to the bathroom I was screaming really loud in pain cuz I could not go #2 it hurt so bad the only thing I could do was through up allot to the point I broke the blood vessels in my eyelid and my face looked like I got in a fight with someone. I was crying the whole time to, cuz there was so much pain. My twin did not get that bad. Then when I got in to college I only played soccer I could only play for 10 to 15 min a game where I usually played the whole game. I could only last 10 to 15 min. But my second year in college right now I’m trying to get back in shape cuz I quiet soccer and stopped running xc for awhile so I start running again but I can't run out side I have to run inside on a treadmill cuz I can only last 3 to 5 min. now and I afraid I can't reach my house in time to go to the bathroom but my twin can still last up to 20 to 30 min without any pain. I want to run again, if any one has any answers please post it. I need help. It really is affecting my life. Is anyone on a diet that is helping them or has found an answer? Please post it. Thanks.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
