I have been having a dull ache in my lower back, bilateral, kidney area. Pain now in right hip joint and groin area- this pain moves around a little. Been having occasional but daily low blood pressure type of dizziness with right thumb tingling. Stones ruled out by urologist and CT scan. Urinalysis and culture clean. Blood chemistry looks good. No major abnormalities. On high dose pain killers and prednisone for rheum arthritis which may be masking symptoms. Have diabetes but under control. Had hip replacements in past but haven't had any problems. Cannot get a diagnosis. Please help.
