I'm a 24 year old male and experience serious lower back tightness when running. I can barely run more than 5 minutes even after stretching before working out and my back gets so tight that I almost can barely walk. The tightness usually subsides in a about 10 minutes or so and only bothers me when running. I lift weights and exercise regularly but still cant narrow down this lower back issue. I can ride a bike and do eliptical machines with no problem even walk stairs but cant run for a long period of time. I have been to a Chiropractor (who I believe is ripping me off) and was told I have a compressed disc in my lower back and a slight pelvis misalignment but after leaving him I feel my back hurts in other areas and I feel there is no improvement. This issue has bothered me for almost 6 years and has progressively gotten worse. Someone please help!
