Lower Back + Anal Pain

A couple of days ago I had a flu. So I had to complete my company's project on the computer and I sat on my chair but tilted my back so my **m would rest on the edge of the seat. I think maybe that is the reason why my **m muscles feel so stiff. Even though I have no problem with my legs, this pain has developed in the last 3-4 days. I am still waiting to see if the problem goes away, but I am not sure whether I need to go to the doctor for this pain. Also, when I go to washroom, it hurts when I have a bowel movement. I am not really sure whether it is the muscle pain or whether this has to do something with the anus and it's inside.

Could someone diagnose?
