So last week I didn't have any bowel movements for about a week so I took some laxatives. These worked and relieved the pressure feeling for a few days.
Anyway this pressure feeling has come back again and usually feels worse when I either sit or lay down, the only time it settles is when i'm stood up.
It's not painful but it's very uncomfortable, it has kept me awake a few times and the only time I had relief from this is when I held a wheat bag against my stomach but it will come back again after a while.
I went to the doctors about this and he said i'm not getting enough fibre and not eating enough fruit and veg.
I still feel like this isn't the real reason for this pressure feeling and feel like there's something more, it worries me slightly.
I've taken some more laxatives and will see if this gives me relief again.
