Lower abdominal, pelvic, flank pain?

I am a female age 26. For the past 6 months or longer I have been experiencing lower abdominal or pelvic pain in my right side. This pain begins after sleeping or in the early morning after waking up in bed. Sometimes the pain is severe enough that I need to get up out of bed. After I get up out of bed and move around for a little bit the pain goes away until the next morning. I have had a CT scan and a pap exam but nothing turned up. Any help would be welcomed. Thanks!
