Please help! I am a relativly fit girl at 15 years old and had taken a break from running for the first month of summer. I had recently started back at it again but found that around 15minutes into the run I get a severe burning pain just where my bladder would be and it feels as if I need to go to the toilet even if I had just went before I left for my run. Once I stop and walk for around 10minutes the pain calms and I am able to run without the burning pain returning.
It has happened 4-5 times, and I really would love an explaination why!
