I am a fit healthy 32 year old male. Recently, I started to get pain on the left lower side of my abdomen leading down to my groin at times. Every time i exercise that region i get severe pain to a point where I cant even do one sit up. I usually do alot more. There are no lumps associated with this. what could it be?

  • You should request a test for herpes virus 1 and 2. I learned this is a sympton. However, most doctors don't test their patients for herpes.

  • Please go see your primary care physician Sounds like it could be an inguinal hernia.Have the doctor check it out. It's the test where the doctor pushes into your scrotum and tell you to turn your head and cough.

  • I agree with the answer of inguinal hernia. Go to the doc and get checked. This is not a symptom of herpes by the way...Janet Lewis, RN MSN
