I am 24 and have had a large amount of sudden symptoms. I have had migraines for seven years but in the last month they have gotten worse. I seen a neurologist who put me on topamax. It helped the first week but stopped. I had an MRI that came back normal. But all of a sudden in just two weeks several symptoms hit. I use to work out every day but now I cant. I have excessive fatigue, muscle weakness, tingling in my hand and feet, muscle tenderness to the touch, confusion, intense migraines, and nausea. I have also fainted when working out and my body temp rose. The neurologist was concerned for MS but MRI was clear. They said fibromyalgia but I feel as if its something more. I can only pat my sons back three times to burp him before my arm becomes heavy and I cant move it then the tingling starts in my fingers which is very painful and uncontrollable. Its getting hard to bare the pain. Thats both hands and arms. No pinched nerves. Can someone help or have any advice?
