lost help anyone that takes b12 or similar injections

so i have posted once before my symptoms to get help and got some good reply i have went to the doc again for more tests to see if they cant figure out what auto immune is going on so far i have been diagnosed with hashimotos but treatment not working which is leading docs to believe something else but still a dead end. anyway they have put me on glucose b12 b6 injections which i do in my stomach and i have done this two days and dont know how much more i can take my stomach is so sore. so my question is anyone that takes similar injections do you have any advice for me to deal with these injections maybe how to keep them from being sore or easier.
