Background: A one time over weight person (5'6" and 250lbs) was put on Topamax four years ago and dramatically lost 100lbs in 6 months. I was put on Topamax because of Migraines and fainting regularly. I have low blood pressure as a norm. I also have been burping uncontrollably and painfully for years which has progressively become worse.

Issue: In December of this year I got really sick (diarrhea and vomiting) after a meal and went to bed. The next morning I tried to eat something and it forcibly came up. Ever since then almost every bite of food or liquid I swallow comes back up. I am also not going to the bathroom but every 6-7 days and I have a pain in my upper abdomen and in my flanks.

It is easier for me to keep tea and water down more than anything else. Subsequently, I have lost 50lbs (5'6" and 106lbs). I have seen three Gastro doctors at Cleveland Clinic in Florida and have had multiple endoscopies, colonoscopies, stomach emptying test, CT Scans, MRI's, blood tests, and they can not find any reason for this issue.

They are now sending me to an allergist and endocrinologist to see if I have a unknown allergy or hormonal issue.

Any insight or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
