I used to be really strong & really healthy
In under 6 months, (3 years ago) my weight dropped from 118 to 100 lbs, and it's gone as low as 85 since then (now 92). I'm 5'7". I suddenly developed anxiety, an intolerance to lactose, and extreme acid reflux. I'm incredibly gassy (all kinds), though I've always been a belcher, I can't eat sweets anymore, get a migraine from cigarettes, my vision is worsening (focusing the eyes), I'm incredibly weak and shaky (can't even stand in a line). I am easily fatigued, constantly lightheaded, even when sitting, and nearly faint (fall, see black, ringing in the ears) every time I stand. Occasionally, I grow so faint and nauseous while standing, out of nowhere, that I need to sit. I always have abdominal pain, and am frequently nauseous, and throw up much more often than I typically would (monthly basis, as opposed to every 5 years). I am always painfully and nauseatingly hungry at night/upon waking, regardless of what I ate before falling asleep. My heart rate is irregular, though I had an EKG done a few months ago that was supposedly fine...
more recent symtoms include endless post nasal drip (even after sinus infection meds) and a tonsil that's been swollen for the last year (no sore throat). I've also had 3 episodes of incontinence in the last year, which has never happened in my life.
I've kept track of my diet, try drinking ensures every day, stuff my face, keep my diet balanced, and all of that. I've tried including more fiber in my diet and I've tested negative for celiac. I've had a bunch of blood tests done, all of which turned out normal. The doctors are usually stumped, give up & tell me I'm anorexic and need to eat more.
Basically, I feel like I'm starving constantly, no matter what I do.
Just before this started I smoked and drank a good bit and ate a lot of greasy food and sweets (only for one year). Right at the beginning of this, I went hungry for a couple of months (1 wendys burger or 2 cookies/day sometimes) due to finances.
