My aunt succesfully survived breast cancer, only to find that she was drastically losing her vision a few weeks later. This was followed by slurred speech (although nothing wrong with her mind) and later she seemed to lose complete control of her body. She drifts in an out of consciousness but when she is awake she seems to fight for her life. Neuro surgeons have run countless tests on her and can't find the problem. Neither can the psychiatrist. She is losing ground steadily but no one seems to be able to diagnose her condition in order to treat her. I've now read about something called Reversible Posterior Leukoencephalopathy Syndrome (RPLS). Could it be that? even if they never picked up anything on the scans of her brain? Please help if anyone has experencied something similar?!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
