Hi, first post on here.

For as long as I can remember, I have never felt all that healthy. I tend to catch colds and diseases much easier than the people around me; I am also much more sensible to cold. I have frequent headaches and I've never really had much energy. I also tend to find it hard to fall asleep.

All of that didn't seem so bad till recently, because now my health seems so much worse. I never have any appetite and I need to force myself to eat.. I really don't find food appetizing anymore (except for sometimes I'll get cravings for about a minute or so but it does away). I always have nausea and I throw up every other day or so. I am growing more and more tired, I find it exhausting to be out of the house for too long.

I decided to see a doctor a few months ago, he sent me for blood tests and I found out I have an iron deficiency. I've been taking supplements for a week now and the only results so far are constipation and an even worse nausea.

A couple weeks back, I woke up with a pain on my left side, under the rib cage. Some googling seemed to suggest it might be my spleen so I got worried. The pain wouldn't go away so I went to see a doctor but they found nothing wrong (they did an ultrasound, blood test and urine test). They gave me acid reflux pills which frankly didn't help. Pain is no longer focused in a spot but now it feels like my stomach is swollen or numb.

Other symptoms:
- Left arm is getting increasingly weak (ever since a blood test 3 weeks ago). I always feel a bit of tingling and yesterday my hand became numb for 30 minutes and then it moved to the left side of my face.
- Vision seems worse

I think that's it for now.. I've told all of this to 2 different doctors and they didn't really say anything... I would really like it if anybody has some idea as to what might be wrong with me. I can`t concentrate on anything anymore and I just want to spend all day in bed >_<

  • You might have a gluten allergy. Try getting tested for good allergies and see if that helps.
