Losing weight everyday no appetite

I am losing weight everyday I have lost over 40lbs in 4 months I have had all these test done and everything and they all have come back perfect - my doctor would like me to be at 150-161lbs and I am at 135.1 from 180lb last year but the problem is I am going days without eating and it does not bother me except that I am getting weaker and weaker and my collar bones are sticking out and ribs etc I look anorexic but I am not I just don't like eating food I try and after a bite of food I throw the rest of it away can anyone think of what might be happening to me or what it is that is going on next Wednesday I am going to see a Gastro doc to see if she can look into my stomach and intestines etc .. but who knows .. please help me

  • I had cancer last year and when I couldn't eat I would just take a hit of weed and it would make me get a heavy appetite even though I was sick to my stomach an hour before. Just a little hit would be enough to give me an appetite but wouldn't get me high or anything. Just a suggestion...

  • My husband said the same thing if I can find someone to get some weed from that it wuld probably give me the munchies but I would not even know how to find it to be honest with you but I will pursue that option -- thank you

  • Is this a relatively new symptom? Have you always wanted to not eat and not felt hunger? If it is a new thing, have you started a new medication that might cause it?
