My rt. foot has always been a problem, leaning in and bad arches... but what i find most annoying and painful is the lump below my ankle that makes my foot looks like I have two ankles. I showed it to my pain dr. who said it was a bunyun (sp?) and that the "lump" on my left foot on the side below my big toes is as well. He said they are no big deal, but it really hurts and affects walking ! It's a big deal to me ! Shoes don't fit and walking is painful. I feel there is more to it, at least on the right foot. Any ideas of how to re-approach dr. and what it could be ?
I have read a lot of titles on forum pgs. that begin with " Dr. won't help" and "Dr. doesn't know". Do they not know about very helpful websites w/ information or do they just not want to do the research ??
