About 3 years ago i was doing fine no problems no worries and living life happily, and since then i have been getting one thing after another and ive tried to combat it as much as possible but with no joy.

Bier Spots (all over my arms legs and hips)
Weight Gain (eat well and excercise well )
Extremely itchy flakey eyebrows (now gone )
Extremely oily scalp (not as bad since using nizoral )
Diffuse Hairloss and Eyebrows ( No Recession or Crown, just diffuse Areas )
Minor Gynecomstia in left nipple (lump has gone but still have puffy nipple)
Gingivitis (nothing helps brush dailly use gingivitis mouthwash)
Recurring Styes (after long days at work)
Leaky Gut ( sometimes i can smell poo off myself even though i wipe well and can feel a little wet done there and also gets very itchy aswell )

Since developing some of these i had became reclusive and also developed BDD in which my Doc although unable to help suggested i see a Cognitive Specialist.

I declined as i know once these symptoms are relieved i wil no longer suffer from BDD and depression and will hopefully get bac kto living my life.

Other notes

Ex smoker
Drinker ( once a week or less )
Postman ( so do lots of walking and cant lose weight )

Thanks for any help you may be able to give.

  • Sounds like an endocrinology or malabsorption (gut) problem. Have you seen any specialist?

  • sounds like may be full body yeast. See if you can order this somewhere in Europe or if they mail it to you. Make sure you avoid beer since it has a lot of yeast in it.: http://micronutra.com/candidol.html?utm_source=google_g&utm_medium=ppc&utm_campaign=Candidol-G&utm_term=candidol&s_kwcid=candidol|1156204552&gclid=COOt8dHUrJcCFQv7agodjkTJjw
