I'm a 25 year-old female, overall healthy and active, and on no medications.
I've been to a primary care doc, neurologist, and had a clear EEG and MRI.
My symptoms have persisted for 3 months now:
Eye pain that usually lasts for 1-2 days, moderately painful, sometimes feels like it is in my cheek. --not relieved by tylenol or excedrin
Easily fatigued (short exercise just exhausts me)
Sleep problems (waking up in the middle of the night)
Trouble finding words, difficulty multi-taskimg
Diminished sense of smell and taste
Twitchy muscles, and some transient neck and hand pain
My neurologist is telling me I'm in the wrong place to get answers. She says she has ruled out MS and seizures.
Feeling frustrated with the lack of direction from my doctors and would love to get back to my normal, active self!
Any thoughts/suggestions greatly appreciated!
