hi everyone!
my name is Susan and I'm a 30 year old housewife to my handsome little one year old. I've never had many problems with my weight. Sure i would gain it but diet and exercise wouldget rid of the problem. Before i got pregnant I developed a lump on the back of my neck and starting rapidly gaining weight just in my stomach mainly, and in my face. I looked pregnant way before I actually was. I also have had a bright red face since 16, and even after laser treatments it's still red. I also have dry skin and I drink plenty of water. I am fatigued constantly, weak, irritable and have the worst mood swings. I have cramps in my upper abdomen, but not all the time. I diet and exercise and the weight isn't coming off at all. I just end up more tired. My feet are very bastily dry and flaky and my big toenails are brittle and flaky.
the best thing i can think of is cushing's. when i went and had an endo test for it my cortisol was below normal to normal.
i just really can't think of anything else but hypothyroidism and all the docs say i'm fine there. help!
