For the past 10 years or so my nose has been consistently messed. It slowly builds up clear mucas to the point where I have to blow my nose twice a day every single day always, I saw a specialist and he basically told me I have a "bad nose" and there nothing that any of the worlds knowledge can do to help me.

Also my nose was busted up at 10 or so and it is very visable broken, because its crooked my left nostral seems very limited in its air intake and due to the constant mucas blockage breathing out my nose has been very difficult for the past .... 10 years. I am wondering if this and the blockage are related as they began at around the same time.

I got a cat scan taken and they tell me that internally it is fine. So I really don't know what to do at this point, the fact that my nose is seriously bent had been driving me insane for the past 5 years and the added on difficulty in breathing and constant draining has only been adding to it. I have done everything in my power (go to doctor / specialist) and they basically tell me im SOL.

What am I supposed to do now? I'm sure there is a solution somewhere.

  • Did this dr run the scope threw the nose and down the throat?? Any polyps found?? They can cause breathing problems too.If your nose is/was broken, you could have a deviated septium, which can be repaired. The mucus, if clear is normal, cloudy can be from allergens, like mold. I would see a good ENT. Good luck~~JerseyLymie
