long-lasting chest pain

I am 18, girl. I do not even remember when I started to feel pain in one place on my chest. For sure it has been at least for two years.
It is close to one of my breasts, but my doctor said it was not the breast tissue but either bone or muscle. I was scared if it was breast cancer.. so i was happy to hear that.
The doc told me to take ibuprofen for 1 month and said if it was not better he would send me to x-ray. It is hasnt yet been one month but i am a bit worried. What i think is that the pills definitely do not help, since the pain has been there already for a long time and the pain is very concrete and always there. if i touch it it is very strong pain. i can feel pain (slight one in comparison to pain when touching it) often without touching, especially if performing specific mvements. It may be funny but I cannot even hug my boyfriend properly because it aches.
I am quite healthy but have a bit bad immunity so I often have various viral illnesses (flus ,fevers, bad cough etc). I am 168cm 61kg which i think is quite normal. I used to have migrain and depression. This should have nothing to do with the chest pain.
what could it be?
