Hi I'm a 17 year old male and for the past three years I've been living with a life interfering problem. From day to day I look very tired and unable to concentrate. My eyebrows droop and I develop dark circles under my eyes and my energy levels are way low. The only thing I have found that makes me better is bright light. Staring into bright light for 10-15 minutes gives me a few hours of feeling and looking good. Being outdoors in the sun also has the same effect. I know all of this sounds crazy but its 100% true and made my quality of life very low. I cannot concentrate on anything and have trouble performing day to day tasks and interacting with other people. I feel ugly all the time. Please help me, I want my life back.

  • Visit your doctor and explain all your symptoms. He should take a full blood count to check for things like Iron and vitamin deficiencies as well as thyroid problems
