i was wondering if anyone has had a similar bump on their inner bottom lip, there are about 4, they are super tiny, looks white-pinky color of lip, i can feel them when i rub my tongue over them, but that's only time when they are noticable - first noticed them in dec, but dont know how long they have been there before that. someone thought it was just a canker sore from biting my lip, but its definitely no sore, doesn't hurt, itch, nothing. another person said not to worry about it, but i just want to make sure i have nothing to worry about. should i be concerned? is this indication of something serious? is it nothing? any one that can offer anything would be greatly appreciated! thanks
