List of symptoms - no diagnosis - HELP!!!

Here's what we have: 54 yr. old male - mildly overweight, controlled high blood pressure, controlled diabetes. list of current symptoms:

Pain in lower abdomen (both sides) (mild to sever but always present)
Low hemoglobin (anemic)
Elevated liver enzymes
No weight loss
Feeling of fullness after eating SUPER small portions
Low grade fever
Mild nausea
Some black stools

Recently had a CBC, ultrasound, and STILL can't get a straight answer. please help us.
