List of symptoms:

Hot flashes, weight gain, Pain in all joints, pain in soft tissues, MRI revealed osteo arthritis in lower back and compressed discs in cervical 4 and 5; Brain fog and mental UNclarity, inability to eat too much food, digestive problems: reflux, hiccups every time I eat; a rash that goes across my face at odd times, twitching in nerves in legs and arms and spasms in back-- mostly these when I drive, lie down or sit for awhile. If I do anything at all physical my symptoms goes exponential in pain and spasms and I am utterly exhausted just trying to do light grocery shopping. I am on a scooter if I want to complete the shopping. I suffer insomnia and restless sleep from spasms. I seem to have chronic sinus issues, too with allergy symptoms even though two doctors found NO allergic reactions on typical puncture tests! I also have difficulty breathing-- I can not seem to get a deep breath and feel asthmatic though my doctor said no, he didnt see that on routine xray.

I am working with an acupuncturist who has helped alleviate the symptoms, but I can not afford out of network of $60 weekly! EEK! on top of regular meds, etc.

I to am seeing a herbalist and a acupuncturist . I have been blessed that it's a teaching school that offers free treatment to anyone. Perhaps looking into that. I wish the best for you. Cathy
