I'm 19 years old and I've been having persistent and worsening symptoms for 4 months and still left un diagnosed by my doctor. I feel it's usless going back there as they keep giving me painkillers that are not working.
I keep getting severe headaches ALL on the left side, and at the back of my head on the right side which are pretty much disabling when I have them as I am un able to do anything at that time. I feel a lot of pressure behind my eyes and in my head, I get pain in my cheeks, behind my nose, disorientation and vertigo, which at the time makes me feel like I'm going to pass out because the room is spinning. Sharp chest pains which run up in to my neck and sometimes my ear. Sometimes have difficulty breathing, and my chest feels tight. I get the occasional ear ache, too, which often feels linked to the other symptoms.
Those symptoms have been occurring for 4 months. The doctors THINK it's sinus but can't spot any signs of it after examination. Aparrently, after going in to the hospital yesterday to complain about facial pains, my tounge and throat swelling they said the same thing, but, they said there is no way of finding out if it is sinus. They're either talking out of their butts or my doctor wasn't looking for anything when examining me for it.
Recently, adding on the above listed symptoms, my tongue has swollen up on the right side, my lip has slightly swollen also on the right side and I keep getting tingling, like a pins and needles sensation in both my lips and tongue. The pins and needles sensation made it's self known around 5 days before the swelling appeared. On top of that; my neck, and lymph glands in my neck, swell up when ever they feel like it, unusual bursts of hyperactivness, and my sleep is getting disturbed by which I mean I'm getting woke up feeling unusually disorientated; not knowing where I am or even what has just happened.
I believe I may have a problem with my nervous system but I can't be sure. These symptoms have been around for 2 going on 3 weeks, the symptoms above that have been around for 4 months approx.
