I have tiny spots on and around my lips that are tingly and sore to the touch. They feel rough with hard skin. After my shower when the dry skin has come off, these little spots ooze clear liquid. I've had them for a few days now and as far as I am aware, I have not used any new face or lip products or eaten anything that I haven't eaten before. I don't know if its an allergic reaction or just dry lips. I also have a swollen gland on the right side of my neck and under my chin that has just come up in the last 2 days. My neck is throbbing and I've taken some ibuprofen but it hasn't helped.
Can anyone help me determine what is wrong and offer any advice on treatment?
