I have been to my local ER for this twice with no avail so I thought I would try this out.
I am a 29 year old, out of work auto tech. For the past three months I have had issues with acid reflux. About three and a half weeks ago I started having slight lightheaded spells that would vary in intensity over the course of the day. Around the same time I also developed a slight tremor or shake in my arms and hands. These symptoms have worstened and now I have the following... Lightheadedness to dizziness which can lead to headaches or migraines all day long, weakness and tremors in my upper arms (more notable in my left), sensations of fever or hot spells, the need for several naps during the day, pounding pulse and an over-all sense of weakness similar to cold or flu. During my first ER visit the kept me over-night and did a stress test and EKG on my heart which showed no issue. During second visit they did viral studies and a CT scan of my brain as well as urine and blood cultures. None of these showed any issue either. When I awoke this morning I felt the sensation or "medicine head" or severe lightheadedness and have felt it all day long as well as weakness.
My question is, I have a poor dental health record and currently have several decayed teeth, could I be fighting an infection that does not show on basic ER cultures? If so, I have already planned a visit with a dentist for removal of said teeth and was wondering if the infection will cause complications? Thank you for your time and any help is appreciated.
