Lately I've had this recurring lightheaded and spaced out feeling. It seems to come on at anytime, sometimes when I'm just sitting around or other times when I'm walking around. Its similar to the kind of feeling you get if you need to eat something, but lack of food isnt the cause b/c I get it no matter how much I ate during the day and eating doesnt do anything to alleviate the symptoms.
I've had symptoms of frequent thirst/urination as well, which I am not sure are related to the lightheadness or not. I know those two symptoms are often linked to diabetes and thyroid issues so I did go to the doctor and had blood work done and both tests came back negative.
I also suffered a minor neck injury, a muscle spasm, as a result of a car accident last Sept. I thought maybe that was causing the lightheaddness, that maybe the strain/tiredness in muscles in my neck were causing my head to be unstable or something, but I don't think thats the case anymore.
I know the symptoms are kind of vague, but does anybody have ideas with what could cause these symptoms. I'm not on any kind of medication, so its not a side effect of anything.
